Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges for ready-made clothing within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not match its description, please contact us promptly. We will provide an appropriate refund, replacement, or other remedy in accordance with applicable Qatar consumer protection law.

Altered Items

Items altered or personalized at your request cannot be returned for change of mind, unless defective or incorrect.

Return Costs

For change-of-mind or customer-selected size returns, return delivery costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection. Bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be provided.
