Delivery Locations

We deliver throughout Qatar. International shipping is available only to eligible countries shown at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• Qatar: 1–2 business days

• International: Delivery time varies by destination

Orders requiring agreed alterations may take additional time.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotion is subject to its stated conditions.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we may send delivery or tracking information by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Information

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number. For Qatar orders, include your Zone, Street, and Building numbers where applicable.

Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required due to incorrect information or a missed delivery.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged, or incomplete, please contact us with your order number and photos where applicable. We will investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
